Pricing is per room or functional area. Large, open-concept, multi-functional, unusually complex, or multi-room projects may require custom pricing.
Listed prices reflect the selected package for a typical room. Payment is not collected when you submit an inquiry or select a package — I review every project first, and payment becomes due only after your project is accepted and the client agreement is signed.

Payment & Milestones
How payment works.
Every project begins with a non-refundable deposit, due after a Design Inquiry is reviewed and accepted and a client agreement is signed. Larger or more involved projects — including the Signature 3D Room Design package — are divided into milestones tied to each stage of the work: mood board, 2D visualization, shopping list, and 3D modeling.
- Each milestone is paid before the deliverables for that stage are released, or before work proceeds into the next stage.
- The exact installment amounts and milestone structure vary by project scope, complexity, selected package, and any custom quote — they are not the same for every project.
- Clients receive their full payment and milestone schedule in writing, as part of the client agreement, before any design work begins.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made by debit/credit card, Zelle, or Chime. Eligible clients may also have access to Afterpay at checkout when available.
For larger projects divided into milestones, each installment must be paid before the corresponding project stage begins or its final deliverables are released.
Heads Up
One revision round is included at each design stage for Essential and Complete Room Design. Requests that substantially change the approved concept, replace most of the design, require the room to be redesigned, or request additional rendered angles are not included. Major redesigns may require approval, a $125 additional non-refundable fee with no credit toward payments already made, and more time. If a client declines an approved major-redesign quote, the project ends with no refund. If it ends after the mood-board stage, the client receives the finalized approved mood board and any completed deliverables from that stage only; unfinished 2D or 3D visualizations, shopping lists, source files, and later-stage deliverables are not released.
Note
Payments cover work completed through each milestone. Cancellation ends the original project scope and timeline.

Essential Room Design and Complete Room Design each include one revision round. The Signature 3D Room Design package includes revision opportunities according to the approved project stages — a revision to the mood board is separate from a revision to the approved 2D design, which is separate from adjustments to the final 3D render; it is not a fixed number of do-overs on the finished room. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes, not unlimited messages or ongoing revisions.
What if I want a bigger change after approval?
